About
Emilie Tizien is a French-Dutch photographer and fourth-year Bachelor student at the Royal Academy of Art (KABK) in The Hague. Rooted in an upbringing in the south of France (Montpellier), surrounded by nature and community life, her work draws inspiration from both human behavior in public and natural spaces, as well as the quiet influence of the landscape. Working across photography, moving image, and book-making, she combines digital and analog processes with a strong focus on materiality and storytelling.
